1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jwin ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, games, and all services offered by jwin.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the jwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms stated herein, together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this document as a whole.

These terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the jwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• There are no legal restrictions in your location on using online gaming services.
• Register only one (1) account only — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank details.

Jwin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to ensure compliance with these terms. The required KYC process includes submission of a valid identity card or passport, and proof of current address. Withdrawal of winnings will only be processed once the KYC process has been successfully completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Jwin supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong, Public Bank, Bank Islam), and available e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit limit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after the request is approved.
• Jwin does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution may apply their own charges.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account in the same name as the registered jwin account holder.

Jwin reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional supporting documents before approving the transaction.

4 Bonus & Promotions

Jwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated separately on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all jwin bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated on each offer.
• Bonuses may only be used to play within the game categories specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Jwin strictly prohibits the use of low-risk betting strategies, such as placing very small bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements with no genuine intent to play.
• Members are entitled to claim one (1) welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once, whether through multiple accounts or any other method, is a serious violation.
• Jwin reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings obtained using that bonus if there is evidence of misuse or violation of the terms.

5 Game Rules

All games on the jwin platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by accredited independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and free from any manipulation.

In situations where a technical disruption occurs during an active game session — including internet outages, server failures, or accidental app closure — jwin will settle the game based on the last saved server record. Results recorded by the jwin server are final and binding.

• Jwin is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure.
• Every player is responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are stable before starting a gaming session.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to additional verification and may require a longer processing period.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jwin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering or using more than one account to circumvent bonus limits or deceive the system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Sharing your account or allowing another individual to use your account.
• Manipulating or attempting to defraud the payment system, including submitting false banking information or using another person's credit/debit card without authorization.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorized methods, including coordination between multiple accounts to unfairly exploit bonus benefits.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law, including attempted money laundering.

Jwin uses a sophisticated fraud detection system to monitor suspicious activity. Any account identified as violating these rules will be blocked immediately without prior notice.

7 Liability Limit

The jwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jwin makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform.

• Jwin is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or third-party interference beyond our control.
• Jwin's maximum liability to any member in any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Jwin is not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Jwin takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy page.

In summary, jwin uses your data solely for account operations, transaction processing, identity verification (KYC), and service improvement. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Jwin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Activities that raise suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Use of multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.

In the event of an account suspension due to a terms violation, jwin reserves the right to withhold or cancel any balance associated with the violating activity, subject to a thorough internal investigation.

10 Terms Changes & Governing Law

Jwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes at least 7 days before it takes effect, via in-platform notification or registered email.

Continued use of the jwin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration channels, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
